Is there a free trial?
Yes: 7 days of Growth with 1,000 credits. You don’t need a card to start.
How much does Odeist AI cost?
Solo is $29 a month for 3,500 credits and Growth is $79 for 10,000. Paying yearly gives you 2 months free. Agencies and bigger teams get a Custom plan at any amount, about 160 credits for every dollar ($200 a month for about 32,000 credits): talk to us. There’s a free plan too, with 500 credits to start.
What is a credit?
One unit for everything an agent does. Each job has a price in credits, worked out from what it costs us to run: a text post is 5, a reply 2, an article with its image 55. Every price is on the pricing page.
What is the difference between the plans?
Every paid plan has every agent. Plans differ only in credits, brands and seats: Solo is 1 brand and 1 seat, Growth 3 brands and 3 seats; a Custom plan has the brands and seats you need.
What happens when my credits run out?
Your agents pause and pick up again when credits come back or you top up. Nothing fails, and a job is never charged by halves. Top-ups start at 2,000 credits for $10, and top-up credits never expire.
Do approvals on WhatsApp cost extra?
No. Every paid plan includes them. Odeist AI sends new posts and replies to your WhatsApp before they go out. Open the link to approve, edit or skip each one. Nothing is published without your say-so.
I pay per account today. What changes?
Nothing you need to do. You keep your plan as it is, and get 150 credits a month for each dollar you pay.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from Settings › Plan. A bigger plan starts as soon as its payment goes through, with extra credits for the rest of this month; a smaller one starts when the cycle ends. Cancelling stops the plan at the end of the cycle, and the credits you have stay until they expire.
Which social networks do you support?
Broadcast works on X (Twitter), LinkedIn and Instagram. Engage works on X and LinkedIn. Reddit is next, and Facebook and TikTok follow.
Can Odeist AI find customers on Reddit?
Soon. Reddit Radar is next on our roadmap: it finds Reddit threads where people ask for what you sell, reads each subreddit’s rules, and drafts a helpful reply you approve before anything is posted. Start a free trial now and it switches on in your account the day it ships.
