Make Odeist's agents better at finding buying-intent conversations, ranking them, and writing replies that sound like the brand, and prove it with evaluations.
Our agents read thousands of posts a day and decide which few are worth a reply. You will own how well they do that: the ranking, the drafting, the voice, and the measurements that tell us a change made things better.
What you'll do
- Design and improve the agents that find buying-intent conversations, rank them and draft replies in a brand's voice
- Build evaluation sets and metrics for relevance, voice match and reply quality, and run them on every change
- Work across model providers and choose the right model for each step on quality, speed and cost
- Build voice learning from a brand's own posts, edits and approvals
- Ship AI-search visibility tracking across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity
What you'll bring
- 3+ years of software engineering, with at least one LLM-powered product in production
- Strong TypeScript or Python, and hands-on experience with structured outputs, retrieval and tool use
- You measure quality with evaluations, not impressions
- Clear writing: prompts are product
Nice to have
- Experience with ranking, search or recommendation systems
- Experience with image or video generation models
