What counts as an account?
One social media account that Odeist AI runs for you, for example your company’s LinkedIn page or your personal X profile. Running Broadcast on X and LinkedIn is two accounts.
What is the difference between Engage and Broadcast?
Broadcast ($15 a month per account) writes and publishes posts to your feed on a schedule. Engage ($30 a month per account) finds people talking about what you do and replies to them for you, which is how you reach people who don’t follow you yet.
Do I get a discount if I use more?
Yes. Everything you spend above $100 a month is half price, automatically. For example, $190 of accounts and extras costs $145.
What does the WhatsApp assistant do?
For $10 a month, Odeist AI sends new posts and replies to your WhatsApp before they go out. Open the link to approve, edit or skip each one. Nothing is published without your say-so.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, whenever you like, from your settings. If you add accounts, they start straight away. If you remove accounts, the change starts at your next billing date, so you keep what you’ve already paid for.
Which social networks do you support?
Broadcast works on X (Twitter), LinkedIn and Instagram. Engage works on X and LinkedIn. Reddit is next, and Facebook and TikTok follow.
